Cerium Fluoride is a kind of white to gray powder. Its density is 6.16g/ml, melting point is 1640℃ and the boiling point is 2300℃. It’s insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and sulfuric acid, soluble in perchloric acid. Main usages: It’s mainly used as high-purity chemicals and coating materials. It’s the annexing agent of aerial magnesium alloy in metallurgical industry and used for electrolytic production of cerium.
